There were varieties of choices for breakfast. The location was very convenient. I heard a lot of guests were complaining of the elevators but I find that it’s a very efficient way, where people can’t cut in line.

Very clean and comfortable. Great size. Central location. We had a room in a corner which offered us a marvelous view of the city. Staying in the room was truly a pleasure: nice atmosphere, very clean, great mattress, great TV.

Top position, room very well equipped as shown in pictures, kitchen with cutlery and soap, microwave very helpful if you travel with kids. Full Breakfast, it didn't vary much over the days but we'll cooked, the bf area is way too small capacity (get down early).

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was big enough and comfortable enough. It was very clean. The bathroom was small, but it was clean and had hot water. I appreciate shampoo and soap in big bottles instead of one-time small ones, it's more environmentally friendly. The kitchenette was good and clean. Again, I appreciated real dishes and silverware as opposed to disposable plastic ones. I didn't use the dishwasher, but it was there, with a packet of dish soap included (although it was wet, not sure why). I didn't hear my neighbors except when they were in the hallway, which is great. The location is amazing and why the hotel costs as much as it does. The breakfast is fine, although basic. But it does have three hot options each day (egg-based like scrambled eggs, meat-based like small sausages, and potato-based like hash-browns). I wish they had pastries for this price, like muffins or Danishes. They do have bagels and English muffins.

Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. Everything went perfectly during our time there — the facilities, the cleanliness, and especially the service. We want to highlight Ynocencia, who is a wonderful person — she was incredibly kind to us and made us feel right at home — and also Nicholas at the front desk, for his attentiveness and warm hospitality. We send our warmest regards and our deepest thanks to both of them for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

The accessibility to most parts of Times Square. The availability of most of the things one needs. A cooking hub, on request though, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, plates, cup, cooking utensils, enough towels🤩and toiletries. Great view through my window.

Breakfast was basic and very crowded during rush hour - the lifts were an issue during rush hour in the morning for breakfast. But we were on 18th floor so getting down thru stairs was ok. Location was fantastic - right in the middle of times square. Yet the hotel was peaceful. We had a package delivered that got delayed but the front desk helped us and was collected a week after we checked out so that was great service by them.

We were honestly quite skeptical at first because of the 3.5* rating on Google, but in the end if you just need a place to sleep, this hotel does the job really well. Great value for money, especially considering the location it’s just a side street off Times Square. The hotel and our room were clean and well equipped, we booked a studio with a queen bed, and the room was a good size. It had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which was super handy. Breakfast was decent with a relatively good variety. Staff were friendly and cleaning was done every other day. We paid a $700 security deposit for a 7 night stay, which was refunded to our account within a few days.

The 24 hr coffe and hot tea was great considering it was so dang cold when we were there and it was nice to come in go straight to lobby and get a warm drink and wind down before we went to the room. The breakfast also had many great selections!
